Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled technical professional to provide expert on-site and remote support for high-precision machinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment while ensuring customer satisfaction through professional service and technical expertise.

About the Role

  • Provide full range of repairs to equipment, from minor breakdown service to full machine overhauls.
  • Offer service and customer support during field visits and in-house.
  • Manage, facilitate, or support on-site installation, repair, maintenance, customer training, and test tasks.
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members on projects and share information across the organisation.
  • Develop documentation to support operational activities.
  • Understand customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Build positive relationships with customers.
  • Ensure timely communication and reporting to suppliers.
  • Comply with all legal and company safety, health, and environmental requirements in accordance with best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven field service experience, with emphasis on precision turning and grinding machines.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
  • Experience with mechatronic systems, including electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, CNC and mechanics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and work environments.
  • Technical degree or certification in mechatronics, electronics, or mechanical fitting & machining (or at least 5 years of relevant experience).
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced situations.
