About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and creating unforgettable moments for our guests.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver memorable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset
  • Drive sales on every shift - smash targets through upselling, product knowledge, and proactive guest engagement
  • Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed
  • Take pride in your venue, making sure it's well-stocked and ready to impress at all times

What You'll Need:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to obtain them
