UKG Pro Kronos Functional/Technical Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant with expertise in UKG/Kronos configurations and integrations to join our team at Hastha Solutions.

Job Description:

Assist in the design, development, and implementation of robust UKG Pro Kronos solutions for retail clients.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Kronos clock terminals and Boomi Integrations.

Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Kronos functional configuration building blocks, SDM (Setup Data Manager), and PTM (Paragon Transfer Tool).

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Kronos Dimensions Certified Consultant with exposure to WORK JAM.
  • Strong understanding of UKG/Kronos configurations and integrations.
  • Experience working with Retail Store solutions and Kronos clock terminals.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Australian or New Zealand citizen, or holder of permanent residency.
