We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Enrolment Administrator to join our team at Blacktown City Council. As a key member of our Kids' Early Learning team, you will be responsible for converting wait-list enquiries to enrolments by providing information, advice, and offers regarding our services that match customer preferences and available vacancies.

About Kids' Early Learning

Kids' Early Learning is a leading childcare business owned and operated by Blacktown City Council. With a portfolio of 31 childcare centres and over 40 family daycare educators, we provide care and learning needs for over 2000 families in the Blacktown local government area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to families and children
  • Convert wait-list enquiries to enrolments by matching customer preferences with available vacancies
  • Offer information, advice, and support to families regarding our services and programs
  • Work collaboratively with the Kids' Early Learning team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Certificate III or equivalent in childcare, business, or administration
  • Solid experience in customer service and enquiry management in a customer-focused business
  • Good customer relationship management skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
