
Consultant in Palliative Care Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant to join our Palliative Care Department.
As a key member of the team, you will provide high standard clinical services to patients and contribute to the provision of excellent care.
Your responsibilities will include managing patient care, providing supportive and educative palliative care services, and contributing to staff development and training.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the care of patients allocated to them in collaboration with other staff.
- Provide supportive and educative Palliative Care services to inpatients and outpatients.
- Contribute to staff development and training, policy planning, and education in palliative care.
You will work closely with other professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to research and teaching activities.
RequirementsTo be eligible for this position, you must have a Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent qualification. You must also be registrable with the Medical Board of Australia as a Medical Practitioner with Specialist registration.
