As a Test Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and usability of contact centre systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Test system functionalities to guarantee seamless customer service operations
- Utilize automation tools such as Selenium, Jira, and LoadRunner to conduct functional, automation, and performance testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and resolve system defects
- Execute and analyze test cases to ensure systems perform under load and meet business requirements
- Provide clear and actionable reports on testing results to stakeholders
- Must be an Australian citizen to apply
- Strong experience in functional and non-functional testing
- Proven expertise in testing contact centre system functionalities
- Experience with Gherkin and Cucumber
- Familiarity with automation and performance testing tools like Selenium, Jira, LoadRunner, or similar tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
