About the Role

Hudson is seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to lead our Digital Transformation Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building a self-organizing Scrum team to deliver product enhancements and feature upgrades.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Agile Teams: Guide your team through the stages of team development and maturity journey in agile principles and practices.
  • Agile Process Facilitation: Facilitate and guide the team through the agile process, ensuring common agile ceremonies are followed.
  • Impediment Removal: Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth team progress.
  • Coaching and Development: Coach team members towards self-sustaining agile practices and ensure incremental product delivery.
  • Team Management: Manage value delivery through the release process, ensuring the agile team has up-to-date plans.
  • Problem Solving and Decision Making: Utilize a structured approach to problem solving and decision making, managing work through the agile lifecycle from idea to completion.
Requirements
  • Scrum Master Certification: Must have relevant Scrum Master certification.
  • Team Leadership Experience: Experience leading and motivating a team of resources to work collaboratively to produce required products per the sprint plan.
  • Liaising with Stakeholders: Experience liaising with internal and external shared service providers/vendors to secure specialist services where required.
  • Effective Communication: Experience working closely with the Product Owner and Platform Owner and Scrum Masters to maintain effective working relationships and manage interdependencies.
