Duty Night Manager

We are looking for a skilled Night Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring contract compliance, maintaining relationships between Independent Contractors and clients, and reviewing client contracts to ensure work expectations are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with Independent Contractors and In-House labor by communicating client priorities and collaborating on problem-solving.
  • Reviewing scope of work to ensure quality assurance per account, retaining existing business, and gaining new business.
  • Communicating daily with the Facility Services Manager regarding any issues that require immediate attention, including nightly recaps via email or phone message.
  • Managing work assignments, adhering to client standards and company guidelines, and discharging ICs if they fail to meet service level agreements.
  • Executing policies and procedures, including the New-Start Policy, Customer Complaint Policy, Four Star Policy, and others.
  • Ensuring compliance with client policies and procedures, approved cleaning tools and equipment, and their proper use.

Requirements include:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience in commercial janitorial services industry.
  • Building, facilities, janitorial, or similar industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong planning, organization, and attention to detail skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to innovate and strive for continuous process improvement.

Physical demands include constant sitting, bending, standing, and walking, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
