Job Overview

Xero is a cloud-based accounting software that helps small businesses automate routine tasks, surface actionable insights and connect with the right data, advisors and apps.

Our ideal candidate will lead the development of our customer communications calendar, ensuring seamless campaign planning and delivery across multiple internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the entire customer communications calendar, operating as the front door for all internal direct communications requests.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, putting customers at the core of everything you do, making decisive and rational decisions based on information and expertise.
  • Guide and coordinate cross-functional programs across multiple internal teams to ensure cohesive campaign planning and delivery.
  • Regularly communicate results and program status updates, owning the outcome and effectively flagging risks to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain the master email comms/contact calendar, ensuring visibility and alignment across lifecycle, promotional, transactional, and other ad-hoc scheduled sends.

Requirements

  • A background in Email Marketing &/or Digital Campaign Planning.
  • A strong understanding of email marketing as a channel, engagement metrics and best practice.
  • Natural ability to manage timelines, drive operational efficiency and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence to challenge constructively, balancing customer experience with delivering business objectives.
