We are seeking a skilled Residential Landscape Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-end residential projects across South-East Queensland. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you will require proven experience in landscape or construction project management, strong communication and organizational skills, and excellent computer literacy. You will also need to have a positive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work closely with experienced crews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple residential and softscape landscape projects across Brisbane
  • Oversee project budgets from $0k to $500k (most around $150k–$300k)
  • Handle site inspections, variations, and client communications
  • Maintain high quality, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction
