Senior Landscape Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscaping teams on high-end residential projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in structural landscaping and site supervision, with excellent leadership skills and the ability to get the best out of their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise small landscaping crews
  • Read and execute detailed landscape and construction plans
  • Oversee site setup, materials, deliveries, and equipment
  • Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
  • Provide hands-on training and support to team members

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in structural landscaping and site supervision
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate team members
  • Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality finishes
  • Ability to interpret and execute landscape plans with confidence
  • White Card and relevant machinery/ticket licenses
  • Reliable, hardworking, and positive attitude
