Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in database management and system analysis. As an integral member of our IT team, you will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage database environments and associated schemas to ensure data security and integrity
  • Assist in the review, development, and implementation of initiatives that deliver improvements to financial and reporting systems
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand and undertake process improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications

Significant practical experience in analyzing business processes, procedures, and work practices to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting techniques

Sound technical knowledge to work in a dynamic team environment

Excellent time management skills and a focus on delivery

Technical Requirements

Demonstrated experience and knowledge of monitoring, trouble-shooting, and diagnosing SQL server performances, indexes, log shipping, and SQL queries for maximum performance and availability

Extensive knowledge of advanced Microsoft SQL Server techniques, including T-SQL, Stored Procedures, SQL Server Agent, SSIS, and advanced SQL Querying

Experience in all aspects of data sourcing strategies and data validation approaches, including data warehousing, data modeling, data mapping, data cleansing, migration, and ETL

Working knowledge and understanding of SDLC, Agile, and ITSM methodologies

Experience maintaining, improving, and working on business systems related to Practice Management Systems (PMS), Document Management Systems (DMS), and Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems highly regarded
