The successful candidate will supervise and motivate their team to achieve operational and financial goals, while enhancing the lives of people with a disability.   • Supervise and lead a small team of General Hands
  • Carry out gardening and general maintenance tasks for commercial clients
  • Contribute to achieving operational and financial goals
  • Support people with disabilities in their employment journey
Requirements
  • Physical fitness to meet manual handling requirements
  • Sound communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to use problem-solving and technical skills to solve maintenance, contract, and scheduling issues
  • Sound organisational skills and ability to prioritise work
  • Hold a valid driver's licence
  • Be willing to undergo a Police Check
  • Hold a current NDIS Check or be willing to obtain
