We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Site Supervisor to join our team at AGL Energy's Macarthur Wind Farm in Victoria. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the safe and reliable operation and maintenance of our wind farm.
Key Responsibilities- Lead safety, health, and environmental care through active leadership and mentoring.
- Provide leadership and guidance to Site Technicians, supporting their training and development.
- Lead site coordination activities, including rostering, training plans, and scheduling.
- Participate in planning major outages and projects with the support of AGL's maintenance support functions.
- Extensive experience in leadership and supervision of industrial sites, preferably in operational and maintenance supervision.
- Experience in continuous improvement, process, and procedural enhancement and creation.
- Mechanical or Electrical Trade qualification and/or qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Global Wind Organisation (GWO) training, working at heights safety, HV certification, manual handling, HV/LV rescue, fire awareness, and first aid are advantageous.
- Valid Driver's license.
- Willingness to relocate to Victoria.
