About this Opportunity:

We are seeking passionate and experienced educators to join our dedicated team in a leading Early Learning Centre.

  • We currently have 3 positions available:
  • 2 x Full Time (38 hours per week) Educators
  • 1 x Full Time (38 hours per week) Lead Educator

All candidates should be available to work full time hours (38 hours per week), Monday to Friday, as you will be directly involved with nurturing positive relationships with families while communicating with staff and students in a timely and respectful manner.

Responsibilities of our ELC team include
  • Supporting the development and delivery of high-quality, inclusive educational programs.
  • Providing children with a safe, secure, welcoming, and nurturing environment.
  • Collaborating within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
  • Participating in ongoing professional development.
  • Promoting the College's vision, mission, and values within the local community.
Lead Educator role:
  • Leading educational programs, mentoring team members, and ensuring compliance with educational frameworks and quality standards.

This role requires flexibility and the ability to work within established routines while maintaining high-quality learning experiences throughout the day.

Educators: A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher qualification is preferred.

Lead Educator: A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care is required.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience working in the Early Childhood industry.
  • Understanding of the Reggio Emilia philosophy and its implementation in ELC environments.
  • Commitment to implementing the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for working with children.
  • Professional development intentions for ongoing growth.
  • Lead Educator applicants: Experience in educational leadership, mentoring, and program coordination.
