Job Description

As a Cash Handling Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by managing cash flow effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Record data entries and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct end-of-day balancing and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Prepare daily cash levels and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Troubleshoot issues with ATMs, EFTPOS, and cash recyclers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to phone and email inquiries.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Responsible and trustworthy individual with volume cash handling experience.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
