Mental Health Employment Specialist

This role is focused on providing employment services to individuals with mental health conditions, utilizing the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) approach.
- Case management and coaching of job seekers through all phases of the employment process
- Referral to external mental health providers to address barriers to employment outcomes
- Engagement with government income support and labour market programs
- Functional job search assistance
- Advocacy for job seekers post placement

Key Requirements:
- Experience working with a cohort experiencing significant mental health issues
- Ability to support job seekers in gaining and maintaining employment
- Departmental program and Job Ready Live experience advantageous
- Effective caseload management
- Strong marketing and post-placement support skills

The successful candidate will receive an excellent remuneration package including superannuation, plus an NFP salary sacrifice advantage which equates to a comparable salary level of $76K per annum.'],
