Job Description
  • We are seeking an experienced product strategist to join our team, working on a new and exciting initiative.
  • This role requires defining requirements for a solution that meets user needs.
  • The successful candidate will provide insight and suggestions to steer product roadmap and innovate within their product area.
  • They will communicate successfully within the project team and at multiple levels of management, building trust across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Defining product requirements that meet user needs.
  • Providing strategic insights to inform product development and innovation.
  • Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams to build trust and drive results.
  • Documenting ROI or impact for product decisions.
  • Collaborating with development teams to facilitate implementation of prioritised features.
  • Ensuring product features align with risk, compliance and legal obligations.
  • Developing and maintaining timelines to ensure delivery goals are met.
  • Gathering inputs and feedback to suggest improvements to product development processes.
  • Presenting to senior leadership teams.

What we're looking for: Experience designing and delivering end-to-end projects (from idea to launch) - with at least 5-7 years working with engineering teams.

Passion, independence, ability to work with ambiguity, and project delivery experience are essential for this role.
