Chief Product Visionary

We're seeking an accomplished Product Strategist to spearhead the development and execution of our digital product roadmap.
This role demands a visionary leader with exceptional leadership skills, the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans, and experience in product management.
You will be responsible for:
- Bolstering relationships with senior stakeholders across operations and technology.
- Translating complex business challenges and user needs into clear product requirements.
- Overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Collaborating with external partners as needed for product integration or solution development.
You'll also mentor and develop a team of Product Managers, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure effective product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategies that drive business value and improve user experience.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver critical projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless product delivery.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary range of AU$150,000 - AU$170,000 per annum.
