As a Casual Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to our children, while also supporting the centre team in delivering our educational programs.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the Education Program: Actively participate in the development and implementation of the education program in the room and centre team.
- Child Supervision and Safety: Engage and supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Maintain a Safe Environment: Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and team members.
- Build Relationships: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children, families, and centre staff.
- Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
- Continuous Improvement: Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
Our centre is located in a safe and secure pocket of our community, close to main roads and shops, making it an ideal location for families.
We offer a play-based, stimulating curriculum based on the Early Years' Learning Framework, with a focus on enriching the children's learning experience through community engagement.
