Hotel Licensee Opportunity

A highly competitive position for an ambitious junior licensee to progress in their career as a leader of a Western Sydney pub. The venue boasts a newly renovated gaming room, which is the focal point of the business.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 4 years experience as a Duty Manager with strong knowledge of a gaming-orientated venue.
  • An extensive background in a leading gaming establishment where they demonstrate exceptional service standards and leadership abilities.
  • The capability to hold a hotelier’s license.
  • Extensive knowledge of Global gaming systems, preferred but not essential.
  • The willingness to roll up sleeves and support the team hands-on.
  • A demonstrated leadership style to create an environment where employees can thrive and grow.
  • Current NSW RSA/RCG qualification.
