As a Maintenance & Systems Advisor with Qube, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining cost-effective maintenance strategies that align with our business objectives. You will work closely with our team to ensure timely and accurate reporting on compliance to set work management measures.

This role offers a unique opportunity to join our family-friendly team based in our Hendra office as a full-time employee. You will have the chance to learn, develop, and grow in the mining and transport industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Mainpac asset data integrity according to Qube Master Data Standards, escalating issues as required when adjustments are made outside of authority limits.
  • Develop and implement system-generated maintenance strategies for assets based on site needs, including templates, surveys, and tasks utilised by technicians to record maintenance activities.
  • Report on maintenance compliance and drive continuous improvement through site engagement.
  • Set up and create new assets in Mainpac aligned with equipment deployment schedules, loading manuals and specifications to ensure site access to required information.
  • Action asset transfers in Mainpac and ensure tactics are aligned to new site maintenance activities.
  • Dispose of assets within the Mainpac system when approved.
  • Support and develop new site team members in the operation of Mainpac.
  • Mainpac reporting as required by Qube leadership, including cost, hours, and specific KPIs.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in systems maintenance, administration, data entry, or similar roles.
  • Trade qualifications or certificate-level qualifications in similar or transferrable fields.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with various people.
  • Good skills using Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work well within a small team environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards and the location of our Hendra office.
