Outside of School Hours Care/Childcare Leader

An ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Centre Manager in implementing programs and activities that promote learning and social growth in children aged 0-12 years.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with families, staff, and the wider community to ensure a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating high standards of behaviour, safety, and customer service.

Requirements:

  • A minimum Certificate III in Children's Services or related field; or diploma qualification in a relevant area.
  • Experience working in an Outside of School Hours Care setting, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Desirable Skills:

  • First aid and CPR certification.
  • Ability to provide information on child health and development.
  • Familiarity with NQS (National Quality Standard) and EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework).
