The Thrift Shop Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth running of the store. Key responsibilities include coordinating volunteers, ensuring stock flow, submitting orders, and maintaining a friendly environment.

  • Maintain the shop and coordinate volunteers to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.">
  • Create an efficient stock flow system to meet shop targets.">
  • Submit weekly stock orders and ensure timely delivery.">
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and staff.">
  • Provide guidance and supervision to volunteers and staff.">
  • Liaise with operational support regarding stock volume and quality.">
  • Roster shifts for volunteers to ensure adequate coverage during opening hours.">

Requirements
