As a key member of our Governance team, you will play a vital role in the implementation and oversight of critical Finance projects.

Our diverse and dynamic environment empowers people to shape possibilities by collaborating with others and driving outcomes through their contributions.

You'll be part of a high-performing advisory function focused on delivering value to stakeholders. As an Executive in Governance, you will join a team that supports the implementation of group-wide policies and frameworks within Finance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing high-quality Board Audit Committee reporting
  • Assisting other Finance initiatives in an advisory capacity
  • Oversight and upliftment of the Finance control environment

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Commerce/Accounting degree and professional accounting qualifications
  • 2-3+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably within financial services or professional services
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in managing multiple workstreams and prioritizing tasks to execute on key deliverables
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate with and influence stakeholders across all levels
