Job Summary

The HiTech Group is seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our experienced and skilled team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the team with administrative functions, including access and authorisation provisioning, maintaining user roles, monitoring application metrics, security settings, profiles, sharing rules, workflow rules, and data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and configuration.
  • Manage Salesforce Sandboxes to support business/development teams.
  • Troubleshoot identified Salesforce issues and work with external vendors to resolve them.
  • Install and configure 3rd party packages.

Requirements

  • At least 2 to 4 years' experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Experience working in a Salesforce application or environment support role.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration into other technology platforms.
  • Experience using Data Loader.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Federal Government Agency and work with a friendly team. The successful candidate will be offered an initial 12-month contract with 2 x 12-month extension options and receive a rewarding hourly rate.
