We're seeking a skilled Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize our CRM strategy and drive transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design scalable Salesforce architectures.
  • Experience working with different stakeholders to understand business processes, requirements, and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and factor in all aspects of the organisation's and clients' needs, including commercial considerations, sustainability of the solution, security, records management, and archiving requirements, and aligning with the organisation's business strategy and the ICT strategic plan.
  • Demonstrated experience in leveraging and championing out-of-the-box functionality and configuration rather than code whenever possible.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Architect, Administrator).
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce products and features.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
