Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will lead daily store operations, mentor team members, and ensure every customer enjoys a positive experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Motivating team members, helping with onboarding, and creating a workplace where people feel empowered and valued.
  • Providing expert advice, demonstrating product features, and creating warm interactions.
  • Overseeing stock levels, assisting with inventory management, loss prevention, and collaborating with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Championing a Safe Workplace by promoting OH&S standards and supporting a safe environment for both team members and customers.

Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of retail leadership experience (big box preferred or Store Manager from a smaller format)
