This is a key position within an organization, responsible for delivering high-level HR advice and driving organizational transformation.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience supporting large blue-collar workforces.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert guidance on HR policy, employment law, and award interpretation
- Lead and support major change management initiatives
- Conduct workplace investigations and recommend outcomes
- Support and coach leaders on performance management and improvement plans
- Guide and mentor junior HR team members
- Manage confidential and sensitive employee matters with professionalism

- HR Diploma or Degree (essential)

- Strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and modern awards
- Confident in handling IR/ER issues and workplace investigations

- Ability to work independently with high levels of integrity and discretion
- Valid WA driver's licence and unrestricted Australian working rights
