Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Scheduler Coordinator. This position involves processing appointment-based services for clients in an online portal.
Purpose of Classification
This role is critical in ensuring that clients receive timely and accurate service. The Scheduler Coordinator will verify client information, initiate service processes, and maintain confidentiality regarding all families serviced by the program.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process appointment-based services for clients in the online portal
- Verify and initiate client service processes using end-user software and communication devices
- Educate clients on how to apply via the website and submit documentation
- Prepare documents, reports, logs, dashboards, and tally sheets for reporting and record-keeping
- Review and respond to complaint documentation, statistical data, and application processing details
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate reporting
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- At least one year of work experience in administrative or related fields
Working Conditions:
- Successful completion of pre-employment assessments, including background checks
