We are seeking an experienced Field Operations Specialist to join our team at Cubic Defence Australia Pty Limited. This is a challenging opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality training solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning, coordinating, and conducting live training exercises according to clients' schedules and requirements.
- Liaise with external agencies as necessary to ensure smooth project execution.
- Comply with all risk management plans and safety procedures for live training activities and exercises.
- Prepare activity correspondence, instructions, presentations, and papers to support live training activities.
- Participate in virtual, constructive, and command post exercises in accordance with contractual responsibilities.
- Support military exercises in accordance with contractual responsibilities, including being prepared to eat and live in the field for the duration of these activities/exercises.
- Manage and maintain Company equipment, ensuring it remains in good working order and adheres to regulatory and compliance standards.
- Contribute to ISO 9000 compliance strategies and perform personnel and technical administration tasks as required.
- A minimum of 6 years' experience in defence forces up to SNCO/WO level.
- Pyrotechnic training experience.
- Desirable: Forklift Licence holder, Cert IV in HSE, Medium rigid driver's licence, and experience in training delivery.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
