We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Host. As the face of our company, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and generating sales appointments at our beautiful resorts.

As a Guest Experience Host, you'll have the opportunity to meet guests face-to-face, build rapport with customers, and work closely with the resort operations team to provide a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check-in process.

You'll also be responsible for clearly articulating the benefits of traveling within our community and meeting targets and KPIs as set by the business.

This role requires you to be available for weekend and public holiday shifts.
