Personal Injury Law Career Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Graduate Solicitor to join our team and support clients through challenging times.

This role involves working closely with experienced solicitors on personal injury matters, including workers' compensation claims.

As a Graduate Solicitor, you will be involved in all aspects of file management, from client contact through to resolution, gaining hands-on experience and developing your legal skills.

About the Role

In this position, you will work collaboratively with our team to provide exceptional client service and achieve successful outcomes.

You will be responsible for managing files, conducting research, and preparing documents, as well as communicating with clients and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage files and cases, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
  • Conduct research and gather information to support case development
  • Prepare and review documents, including court submissions and correspondence
  • Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders, providing updates and guidance
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Recently admitted or soon to be admitted as a solicitor in South Australia
  • Genuine interest in personal injury law and client advocacy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy and professionalism
  • Organised and proactive approach, with a willingness to learn and develop
