- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring they meet or exceed agreed-upon KPIs, and lead initiatives to address any issues or gaps.
- 10+ Years of Experience: In supplier relationship management, preferably within the technology sector, with a track record of managing high-value supplier portfolios.
- Skilled Negotiator: A skilled negotiator who can secure favorable outcomes while maintaining strong, positive relationships with suppliers.
- Passion for Innovation: A passion for a forward-thinking approach, always looking for ways to innovate and optimize.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with an ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Commercial Acumen: A high level of commercial acumen and extensive experience in engaging with suppliers.
- Influencing Stakeholders: Demonstrated ability to influence and convince stakeholders, build effective business relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Complex Workload Management: Significant experience managing complex workloads and competing priorities, particularly in a commercial setting.
- Airline and Technology Knowledge: Knowledge of airline and technology settings is highly beneficial.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
