
Expert Customer Support Specialist

As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support and advice to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for helping businesses understand and utilize technology to drive their success.
Our ideal candidate will have substantial experience working with diverse client scales and possess technical and business competence across areas within the IT infrastructure domain. They will be able to demonstrate success managing relationships with small to mid-scale clients across various industries and market verticals.
The successful candidate will also possess a deep understanding of Managed Services and the needs of small and mid-tier clients. They will be able to provide genuine customer service and deliver pre-sales consulting, making them a perfect fit for this role.
