About The JobWe are seeking a dynamic and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team. As a key member of our educational team, you will work alongside our experienced Arrernte educationalists and governance committee to design and implement an innovative and integrated approach to learning and wellbeing. Your focus will be on community empowerment, and you will be responsible for developing and delivering programs that privilege First Nations culture and promote the best of Western teachings.
As an Early Years Educator, you will have the opportunity to work in a unique and dynamic environment, collaborating with members of our Health Promotion team to offer an integrated approach to learning and wellbeing. You will be based at our hub, where you will prepare vehicles and resources for a day of learning out on country.
About YouWe are looking for an experienced teacher who is committed to the rights and interests of First Nations people. Ideally, you will be a First Nations person yourself. You will have a demonstrated understanding of the importance of community empowerment and a passion for innovative education.
