About the Role

This position is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in maximising store performance through team management, sales, visual merchandising, and expense control. You will deliver a premium customer experience and drive store performance and sales targets.



About You


  • Retail Management experience in a high-end or premium retail environment
  • Ability to drive store performance and achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Proven ability to train, develop, and motivate team members in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and expectations
  • Love for fashion and strong sense of personal style and presentation
  • Flexible and innovative approach to reacting positively to changing work demands


Responsibilities


  • Deliver exceptional customer-focused service rooted in the brand's authenticity and confidence
  • Manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and craft efficient rosters
  • Support the Manager in driving team performance, productivity, and skill development
  • Ensure operational excellence by maintaining control over stock and executing flawless visual merchandising
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
