A key role in shaping the lives of Australia's children exists for an experienced and passionate Lead Educator. We are seeking someone who can lead a 12-place Nursery Room and work alongside our passionate educators. You will develop and implement educational programs that meet the individual needs of children, build strong relationships with families and colleagues, and participate in professional learning and development programs to continue your growth as an educator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage the daily operations of a 12-place Nursery Room and collaborate with other team members.
  • To design and deliver high-quality educational programs tailored to the unique needs of each child.
  • To establish and maintain effective relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • To engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards).
  • Prior experience in long day-care is highly desirable.
  • Practical knowledge of the NQF and the EYLF is essential.
  • A Current Working with Children's Check is mandatory.
