Room Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned educator to lead and mentor our team in delivering high-quality learning programs for children. The successful candidate will provide leadership in planning, curriculum, and outcomes while working closely with the Centre Director to strive for excellence.

  • Lead and mentor educators to achieve excellence and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Develop the team to deliver high-quality cycle of planning, curriculum, and outcomes for each child
  • Evaluate documentation to ensure it is visible and accessible to families and meets regulatory requirements
  • Create a friendly, secure, and stimulating interactive learning environment
  • Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
  • Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma or Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA approved)
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Outstanding level of verbal and written communication
  • Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Strong computer skills
  • Current approved First Aid Certificate
  • Current approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
