Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure appropriate drug utilisation through implementation of policy and formulary guidelines/restrictions, and through liaison with medical and nursing staff.
  • Participate in ward rounds and planning meetings.
  • Initiate and participate in clinical pharmacy research projects and present at professional conferences, where appropriate.
About The Role

You will work in a supportive teaching hospital sub-acute environment at our facility, enjoying a clinical pharmacist role that will be varied, challenging, and rewarding. A part-time role (48 hours per fortnight) is available with access to five weeks' annual leave and salary packaging.
