Key Responsibilities:- Meet and greet visitors, delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive first impression.
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless patient admissions, discharges, and data collection processes.
- Participate in shift handovers, coordinate phone calls, and manage messages efficiently.
- Maintain accurate patient records and provide assistance with inquiries and directions.
- Demonstrate superior communication skills to effectively interact with hospital staff, patients, families, and medical professionals.
