About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Retail Operations Director to lead our Churchill store team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, maintaining high visual merchandising standards, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a positive team environment and drive sales performance to achieve budget targets
  • Develop strong product knowledge to assist and train the team
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with company guidelines
  • Manage stock levels and maintain store well-being
  • Oversee health and safety in-store
  • Assist Regional Manager in preparing and managing staff rosters
  • Recruit and develop talent to nurture leaders

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have experience in store management in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably in fashion. You will be a leader who models Ally Fashion values: Customer-Centric, Achieving Excellence, Display Honesty, and Forever Evolving.

Your Requirements

  • Experience in store management in a fast-paced retail environment (preferably fashion)
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations and relationships
  • Passion for all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
  • Ambitious to accelerate your career and not afraid to take on new challenges
