As a highly skilled and dedicated independent contractor, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with communication disorders.

You will be responsible for managing an allocated caseload and providing much-needed speech pathology services to clients within schools, homes, and the local community.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
- Use clinical observations, standardised assessments, and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals that drive meaningful outcomes.
- Manage your own schedule while enjoying the flexibility of being your own boss.
- Current registration with SPA as a Speech Pathologist.
- Experience working with individuals with complex communication needs.
- Relevant insurance including Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, and Comprehensive Car Insurance.
- Police clearance, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Active ABN.
