The primary objective of this role is to oversee the estimation process for construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and accurate estimates. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the estimation process for construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and accurate estimates.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to develop comprehensive cost estimates, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.
- Utilize industry-standard estimating software and tools to prepare detailed take-offs and cost breakdowns.
