About the Role:

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic global team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving adoption and retention, and supporting strategic objectives on the account level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute proactive contact initiatives in partnership with marketing and account teams.
  • Drive continuous service improvement with a focus on product adoption and usage growth.
  • Evaluate and enhance account profiles, including affiliations, geographic presence, and business interests.
  • Educate clients about our capabilities and increase usage through platform, product functionality, and new release training.
  • Monitor product usage and develop account profiles in partnership with our usage analytics team.
  • Stay up-to-date with our suite of products and services, and ongoing enhancements and new offerings.
  • Understand customer business and market trends, and suggest ways to help clients address them.
  • Ensure enhancement requests from clients are routed to product stakeholders.
  • Leverage internal sales tools to optimize client engagement.

Requirements:

  • Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work well in teams.
  • Exceptional skills in listening to clients, articulating ideas, and complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven record of maintaining strong relationships with senior members of client organizations.
  • Goal and action-oriented, with ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ideally experienced in a consultative sale or a client-facing role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • 1-3 years of work experience in financial services industry and/or in a sales/account management role.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems or research platforms is advantageous.
