Job Description

This role presents a unique opportunity to play a pivotal part in supporting the organisation's engagement with government, parliament, and political stakeholders. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Government Relations and contribute to broader government relations strategy and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

  • Support government-facing activities including briefings, requests for information, and parliamentary processes
  • Prepare high-quality written materials including responses to Questions on Notice, Senate Estimates, and ministerial briefings
  • Build and maintain relationships with ministerial offices, departments, and other political stakeholders
About You
  • You are a senior government relations professional with experience navigating complex, high-impact subject matter
  • Familiarity with parliamentary processes including Senate Estimates and Questions on Notice
  • Background in policy analysis or legislative affairs, with experience monitoring and analysing legislative and regulatory developments
