- Conducting thorough risk assessments and value engineering exercises to optimise project costs without compromising quality.
- Negotiating with contractors and suppliers to ensure best value for clients.
- Monitoring and reporting on project costs, including cash flow forecasting and cost-to-complete analyses.
Utilising industry knowledge and technology to enhance accuracy and efficiency in cost estimating and reporting. Representing the company at client meetings and industry events, upholding a strong professional reputation.
Ensuring compliance with quality management systems and procedures. Participating in continuous professional development to maintain and enhance expertise in cost management practices.
