As a professional in project delivery, your key objective will be to drive success by delivering better outcomes for our clients. This involves helping individuals realise their full potential within the team and working collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities
  • Providing expert cost management services across various stages of construction projects, ensuring timely completion without compromising on quality.
  • Developing and maintaining detailed cost plans from initial concept through to project completion, taking into account all relevant factors that may impact the project's financial performance.
  • Conducting thorough risk assessments and value engineering exercises to optimise project costs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Negotiating with contractors and suppliers to ensure best value for our clients while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Monitoring and reporting on project costs, including cash flow forecasting and cost-to-complete analyses, to provide accurate insights and enable informed decision-making.
Qualifications
  • A recognised degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a similar field is essential for this role.
  • Minimum 3-10+ years of experience in cost management roles, preferably in a consultancy environment where you can apply your skills and knowledge to deliver results.
