Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic customer service professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering positive relationships with new and expectant parents.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer-facing roles and possess excellent communication skills. You will be expected to maintain accurate stock levels, ensure store presentation, and provide personalized assistance and product recommendations to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Connect with and understand the needs of new and expectant parents, providing personalized assistance and product recommendations.
  • Product Demonstration: Guide customers through product features and benefits, ensuring they make informed choices.
  • Stock Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure the store is well-presented and organized.

  • Prior Customer Service Experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High Standards in customer service and store presentation.
  • Proficient in calming irate customers and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
