About The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team in Metropolitan Sydney, specialising in high-end residential construction projects. As a Carpenter, you will play a vital role in the construction process, potentially supervising an apprentice, working independently and unsupervised, reading and constructing directly from off-the-plan construction drawings, ensuring a high quality of service is provided from start to finish, and maintaining a safe environment by adhering to our company's OHS policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Potentially supervise and mentor junior staff members
  • Work autonomously with minimal supervision, taking ownership of your tasks and responsibilities
  • Accurately interpret and execute construction drawings to ensure high-quality results
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to our company's OH&S policies and procedures
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A valid White Card and Certificate III in Carpentry
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality work, meeting deadlines, and exceeding expectations
  • A current Driver's Licence and Standard Induction Card
  • Experience in reading and interpreting construction drawings, with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders
